Support the Electrical Group HR in the development, implementation and administration of HR policies and programs related to development with group / region coverage. Coordinate all activities related to personnel administration and perform activities related to benefits.+ Conduct the employee development process within our system and provide guidance for employee as for leaders in all process. + Help drive a culture of performance through support of the performance management system, organization and HRs Practices including analysis, proposes and improvement of tools and processes;+ Provide support and guidance to employees on human resources related issues;+ Drive the communication process improving the two-way communication and drawing a communication plan as needed+ Drive the payroll process (Hire, Onboarding orientation, Promotions and Terminations) in compliance with Brazilian law and assuring 100% of ethics training for employees+ Develop and coordinate projects of knowledge management, performance management, diversity, recognition, ethics, development on competencies, training and others as they become important for the company and employees; + Drive the Sales incentive program to Electrical Brazil in compliance with policy+ Provide studies and strategic data analyses from LATAM to HR Director.+ Led the Employee survey process to LATAM region (Org Mapping and Communication process)+ Support LATAM HRMS in programs such as Succession Planning, Data integrity, Employee global survey, VPP, Sales incentive program, communication planning and Headcount control.+ Contribute with EHS metrics that were established of the area/function/factory in accordance with the deployment realized.+ Be compliance with EHS and quality policy in accordance with trainings and communication transmitted for the function."When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we - as individuals and as a company - are stronger.
